That hotel was SUPERIOR. Our superior queen room was decorated in the elegant design. The reception staff was doing a nice job. Perfect location was a plus. We appreciated fabulous restaurants on site.
-
Marvellous location and comfy beds.
-
the hotel was spotlessly clean, not far from the train station and close to shops
-
Location was excellent: 10 minute walk from the railway station and bus station; close to public transportation (one stop on the canal transportation very close by) and close to all the attractions and shopping areas. We arrived very late on our first evening but the staff was waiting for us and able to direct us to the hotel. We really liked the elegant breakfast room that made us feel we were in a Venitian palace. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The fruits and vegetables market in front of the hotel added a touch of local colour. Our room was clean and spacious, considering there were four of us.
For a two star hotel, the price per night was steep but I suspect that in Venice, one week before Easter, to find a hotel with a quadruple room (there were four of us) in a good location, the price was realistic.

Very helprful and friendly staff, breakfast very good, very comfortable room. Appreciated being able to store our bags at the Hotel before check in and after leaving the room. All together a good experience
Tv and mosquitoes

Hotel staff is excellent.we checked in before 2 hour.I Stayed in an family room of 4 adults and 1 infant.Road Market is just before the hotel so you can get almost get everything including fruits and water at an nominal price. It's 5 to 10 minutes casual walk from Santa Lucia station to Hotel.Lot of hotels are there.Rooms are neat and clean, bathroom is also very clean.Rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are also getting replaced and overall it met our expectations and for sure,If I get an chance I will stay again in the same hotel.
Not able to close the glass balcony door completely, but I can say that still it's very safe just because there was an another wooden doors in front of that.Little bit noisy during the night just because of being near the road market and some tourist being more excited and shouting while walking down the streets.I Am sure we would have not heared this noise if we are able to close the glass door.

Best location, good breakfast, the triple room is quite big. Very nice staff
Hard to find it when you check in after 11pm. Cause you must go to another hotel for checking in. One problem was that it's address in google search was wrong direction.

The staff was great...very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the desk when we arrived. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Quiet room.
Shower was a bit small, but that was to be expected.
-
large room, beautiful interior design, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast
-
Good location fom station, staffs were very kind. Breakfast was fairly good. Satisfactory considering most of the buildings are very old in Venezia.
No free WiFi in the room
-
Location was great with easy access to the station. Great atmosphere looking onto the local market. Good value for money in venice.
-
Great location, not far from train and bus stations.
No air conditioning - although should have checked at time of booking. Also, market venders outside started settin up early (6am), with no air con had to keep windows open so very noisy
-
Nice location.
Impossible to get in contact with staff, due to their engagement in a more than 15 minutes long telephone conversation. So 2 persons in our group of 4 reluctantly had to share the same sheets in the double bed. Spent more than 1 hour to find a place where we could park our bicycles, due to lack of information from the hotel in their description that they would not accept bicycles parked in the hotel. In the morning it turned out that it would have been possible to park the bicycles on a balcony, but this was against their policy. The hotel did not care at all. The hotel reluctantly accepted payment by Visa card. The hotel claimed that the new tourist tax should be paid in cash.

This hotel was in a fabulous location in the heart of the city, and within easy walking distance of the train station. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff friendly and accommodating. We loved the architecture and the grand entrance to the breakfast room, and breakfast was of good quality. For an authentic venetian experience on a budget, you can't go wrong!
No air conditioning - just a noisy fan and natural ventilation from the patio doors. Lots of noise from the street with vendors setting up / packing away their stalls but we didn't find this a massive problem - it added to the experience of being in the centre of Venice!

The croissants and the location was good for us, not too far from the train station.
Te staff was not very friendly. The room was hot and we only had one small osilating fan. My daughter woke up every morning with the sun beating down on her bed. If we had air conditioning in the room then we could have closed the shutters.
